This month our speaker, David L. Lebwith, will speak to us about real estate law and the buying and selling process.

David L. Lebwith owns his own firm in MA. The Law Office of David L. Lebwith concentrates its practice in all aspects of real estate and business entity formations. The Firm has represented both lending institutions and private clients in a vast array from simple to complex residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Lebwith is a member of the Massachusetts and New York Bars.
His practice focuses primarily on real estate law, with concentrations in residential and commercial lending, property acquisition and development, condominium conversions and formation of appropriate business entities.  In addition, through his former employment at Diversified Funding, Mr. Lebwith has an extensive background in construction and development and represents many clients in this regard.
